E. NEW BUSINESS
1. Public Hearing: SCCFC Annual Audit review as of June 30, 2023. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear public comment on the findings reported in the Sierra County Children and Families Commission Annual Audit as of June 30, 2023, according to Health Code Section 130140(d)(2).
2. Action item: Adopt SCCFC Annual Audit as of June 30, 2023.
3. Public Hearing: SCCFC Annual Report FY 2022-2023. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear public comment on the Sierra County Children and Families Commission Annual Report July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023, under Health Code Section 130140(d)(2).
4. Action item: Commission to update Plumas Bank signatory card by adding Victoria Clark as a signer and removing Sally Easley.
5. Discussion/Action: Commission to discuss and approve the revised SCCFC Budget FY 23-24.
6. Discussion/Action: The commission to discuss and approve the withdrawal of $75,000 from the Family First trust.
